What You'll Do

• Own the product roadmap and write the specs that designers and engineers build from — turning user feedback, founder vision, and team input into a weekly prioritized plan.
• Build and iterate on investor-facing materials — pitch deck, KPI dashboard, demo videos, one-pager — that help HeyPao tell its story to the outside world.
• Run user research with real runners and translate findings into product recommendations the team can act on every week.

Who You Are

• Passionate about running.
• Very organized and detail-oriented.
• A strong communicator and storyteller — you can turn a messy user interview into a clear one-paragraph recommendation, and you write specs people actually read.
• Comfortable with data — pulling metrics from a dashboard, spotting trends, and presenting findings without overcomplicating.
• Self-directed and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities shift weekly.
• Eager to learn, take feedback, and make a real impact from day one.

What You'll Do

• Lead marketing campaigns from concept through to execution, driving awareness and growth for a product runners will love.
• Create compelling content across social media, email, and other channels that speaks directly to the running community.
• Research and identify key audiences, communities, and partnerships to help HeyPao reach more runners.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship real features in our SwiftUI iOS app — your code will be in the hands of TestFlight users within weeks of joining.
• Own the full dev cycle: design, implement, debug on device, write tests, and push builds through TestFlight to the App Store.
• Integrate with our Firebase backend (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions) and help shape data models, user flows, and architecture as the app scales.

Who You Are

• Passionate about running.
• Knowledge of iOS development and frameworks, such as Swift and Objective-C.
• Have shipped at least one iOS app to TestFlight or the App Store.
• Proficient in Swift and SwiftUI; comfortable in Xcode and reading stack traces; bonus points for Firebase, Combine, or Core Location experience.
• Familiar with Git and modern mobile dev workflows, and fluent using AI coding tools to ship faster.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment where you'll own features end-to-end.

What You'll Do

• Manage datasets, analyze race data, generate insights, and perform data modeling.
• Assist daily with the organization, cleaning, and interpretation of data to support product features and user engagement.
• Keep the race database clean and accurate — fix bad links, wrong dates, and outdated registration statuses.
• Help grow the database from 380 races to 1,000+ by the end of summer.

Qualifications

• Experience with data management, ensuring accuracy and organization of datasets.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with running races is a plus.
